Ingredients (4 people):

• 4 tomatoes

• 2 Italian mozzarella (about 0.28lbs)

• marine salt

• good quality extra virgin olive oil

• fresh basil leaves

• pepper (optional)

• oregano (optional)

How to prepare:

Just cut the mozzarella and tomatoes in slices and place them on a serving plate. Add the salt, the thread of oil, the basil leaves and it's ready to be served.

tip # 1: Use buffalo mozzarella at ambient

temperature.

tip # 2: Mozzarella shouldn't be salted as it already is.If you can't avoid it, use less salt.
