Stuffed Artichoke Recipe

You’ll need (4 people):
• 8 artichokes
• 4 tablespoons of good quality butter
• 8 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
• 8 tablespoons of cream
• Minced parsley
How to prepare:
Begin cleaning the artichokes, taking away external leaves, hard pieces and then cook them for a while using the butter.
Set them inside a buttered oven pan, trying to keep them in upright possition, and then add inside each one a spoon of grated parmesan cheese, a spoon of cream and minced parsley. Put them into medium temperature for about 15 minutes.
If you are careful in taking away the hard leaves, cooking artichokes is really easy.
Artichoke casserole recipe
The simplest recipe? Put a tablespoon of butter and one of extra virgin olive oil into a pan, then add minced onion (half onion is enough) and minced garlic (a clove). When it begins to colour, add the artichokes cut in four pieces each. Add a bit of water and half cube, put on the tap, lower the gas and let it cook for some minutes.
Open the pan, let the water evaporate if it's still too liquid...and it's ready!
