These are the ones I cook most. They are easy and tasty, and pleases my family :-)
There is another way of cooking rice in Italy, even if less known. It is just boiling it. Boil it as for the pasta, using less salted water.
When it's done, strain it with a colander and then add abundant butter and grated parmesan cheese. Eat immediately, as its goodness is part from eating it hot (ideal for cold days).
