The fact is that often, during this period of the year we feel tired and we feel like having much more to do than our 24

hour day allows us.

What do we look for during these periods? For easy solutions, easy and quick ways to arrange things and keep the house and family on track.

We search where we can find ideas that permit us to solve our needs with less effort and time. It happens often when it regards food. Our children have to eat, and so the whole family. What to cook, how to reorganize home and still have time and fantasy to cook? Here you have 5 quick healthy meals suggestions.

Why search for new ideas? Probably because we need some inspiration and so our family. It is proved that our body and mind feel the return to Autumn/Winter routines, answering with tiredness.

How to solve it? How to face the routine change suffering the less?
With clever ideas, with 5 quick healthy meals that satisfy our taste and are also easy to prepare. Prepare easy finger food recipes and feed your family with pleasure and no stress. They will enjoy the new approach and you will have the time to return to common Winter routine in the meanwhile.

Our 1st suggestion goes to Panini (sandwich in Italian). It might be the easiest finger food, even if it is eaten in more bites (a finger food should be eaten with a single bite). Prepare a health sandwich using Parma raw ham (an excellent source of proteins), some slices of tomato and a few rocket leaves. The 5th suggestion is a sweet one. Especially when we feel lazy as we usually do during this period, we look for comfort foods, and often a comfort food is sweet.
