Puttanesca Recipe
Puttanesca recipe, if you are looking for an easy recipe for pasta puttanesca, you have just found it.
Some say the pasta puttanesca recipe is from Rome, others from Naples. Some say this recipe was first called Marinara sauce, but everybody agrees that it is a simple and delicious sauce!
Ingredients (4 people):
• 14.8oz of spaghetti • 2 cans of chopped peeled tomatoes • 1/ cup of pitted black olives • 2 cloves of garlic |

• minced parsley
• 1 tablespoon of capers
• 5 salted anchovies
• 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• salt
How to prepare:
Put the oil in a pan, add the garlic and the anchovies and let it colour, trying to chop the ancovies while cooking.
Then add the olives, the capers and the tomatoes. Cook it for about 15 minutes and it's ready to dress your spaghetti. Add the minced parsley at the end to feel its freshness.
If you intend to use fresh tomatoes, just make a small cut (like an X) and put them for a couple of minutes into boiling water. The peel will come out easily, and you'll just have to cut it in pieces before using it.
