Italian pasta recipes

Italian pasta recipes are lead more to its seasonings than to make it by yourself. It's possible, and easy, to make pasta at home, but it's not necessary to enjoy a pasta dish.

Italian pasta is sold in many markets and, remember, most Italian families do this way. There are a few people that still do pasta at home, and when they do, it's for special occasions.

So, let's go ahead with our seasonings! There are so many ways to season your pasta that I am sure that after a short time, you'll begin to create some by your own.

Pasta seasonings recipes

Italian tomato sauce The natural beginning is the Italian tomato sauce. It's not only the basic seasoning for pasta, as it is used in many other recipes (as the famous lasagna , other than being the basis of more elaborated sauces, that usually add more ingredients to this sauce.

The most known one is ragu , or so called bolognese. It is a traditional and tasty sauce that will surely pleases all.
