Italian ham

Italian ham is the most common sausage, even if it's produced quite from the same producers as prosciutto crudo (raw ham), it is much more popular, by its price and by its use all over the world.

italian ham

This ham is the one you use to make your omelete, your "ham'n'eggs", your toast, on your pizza, to season your pasta (ham and cream pasta), and so on.

It's very used in children's diet and usually pleases all.

You can find different types, as there are the ones with no preservatives, others that are grilled and some are flavoured with some spice.
