The aim of this site is to bring authentic Italian food to everyone. It is basically simple and must remain this way. Here in Italy the ingredients are mostly fresh, no industrialized ones. It is the main secret of this tasty cuisine.

Many recipes contains 5 ingredients or less. The famous ragu recipe is made with meat, tomato, onion, garlic, carrot and extra virgin olive oil. The same for the major part of them.

Enjoy! Try them, ask whatever you need, taste, experience the pleasure of cooking. It is kind of magic to put some wheat flour with eggs and see how it becomes a pasta dough. The same feeling I have while preparing a zabaglione.

Buon appetito! My wish is for you to have fun visiting this site and trying the recipes. Remember, I came to Italy when I was only 19 years old and if I could learn coming from such a different culture...you surely can do it much better!

Tanti auguri and buon appetito!
