Grilled Tuna Steak Recipe

Grilled tuna steak recipe, an extremely quick and exquisite idea for a healthy dinner.

Ingredients (4 people):

• 4 tuna steaks;

• 2 cups of rocket;

• 4 cups of cherry tomatoes;

• juice of 2 lemons;

• 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;

• salt;

• pepper.

How to prepare it:

People often have doubts regarding how to cook a tuna steaks because its cooking time is really minimum.

Prepare the cherry tomatoes just washing them and cutting in four pieces each.

Wash the rocket too.

Prepare a sauce adding salt and pepper to the lemon juice and then, beating with a fork, add about 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Cooking tuna steaks is so easy because all you need is a non adherent pan and a thread of extra virgin olive oil.

(I use this oil spray you see aside to distribute the olive oil on the pan without exagerating and covering it well. It's a great trick and really works).

Just add a thread of olive oil to a flat non adherent pan and turn on the gas. After a while add the tuna steaks and cook just for a couple of minutes each side. It should remain dark pink on the inside.

Prepare the serving plate putting the rocket as a first layer, then place the tuna steaks and then the cherry tomatoes. Dress it all with the lemon mix and serve after 5 minutes!
