Gorgonzola cheese sauce
Gorgonzola cheese sauce, if you're looking for simple pasta dishes and noodle recipes, you've found it!
This gorgonzola cream sauce is very simple and it is one of the favorites of my family.
You can prepare it in a few minutes. You need the time to boil the water, put your pasta to cook and prepare the sauce. When the pasta is done, the sauce is already done and you can eat immediately. If you add a glass of good red wine... your dinner will become special!
You'll need (4 people):
• 0.88lb durum wheat pasta
• 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 0.44lb of smoked bacon (pancetta) cut in cubes
• 0.44lb of gorgonzola cheese
• 0.44lb of besciamella (lighter) or cream
How to prepare:
While the pasta is cooking, put the extra virgin olive oil into another pan and turn on the gas. Add the bacon cut in cubes and let it melt for a while. In the meanwhile, cut the gorgonzola in smaller pieces and add them to the bacon and oil mix. Let it melt, mixing with a wood spoon, then add the besciamella. Keep it warm, strain the pasta and mix it all. Enjoy!
