Gluten Free Pasta Recipe

This gluten free pasta recipe can give people with celiac disease a tasty and fulfilling Italian typical menu dish.

Some people with celiac disorder use to have stomach upsets when eating industrialized spaghetti sauces. This simple recipe using gluten free pasta and a homemade tomato sauce recipe will certainly please the taste and cause no digestive problems.

What you'll need (4 people):

Italian Gluten Free Pasta

• 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

• 2 cans of peeled tomatoes

• some fresh basil leaves

• 1 tablespoon of minced onion

• 1 teaspoon of minced garlic

• 1 cupof ground veal meat

• 4 to 6 tablespoons of good quality grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

How to prepare it:

Put the extra virgin olive oil into a pan and warm it.Add the minced onion and mix it for a while, then add the garlic. Add the ground meat and let it cook with high gas, mixing it often. Add the peeled tomatoes cut in pieces and salt.

Let it cook for about half an hour, then add the fresh basil leaves and turn off the gas. Cover the pan and leave it rest while you cook the pasta.

Cook the pasta following the time instructions written on the pack and mix it with the tomato sauce. Add abbundant grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and mix it energically and then put it on the serving plate, adding more cheese if desired.
