Garlic Shrimp Pasta recipe

This garlic shrimp pasta recipe is an easy and quick recipe that can be prepared in a few minutes.

Ingredients (4 people):

• 0.88lb of Italian durum wheat pasta,

• 2 cloves of minced garlic;

• 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil ;

• 2 cups of shrimps;

• peperoncino (red pepper);

• 1/2 cup of white wine;

• salt.

• minced parsley

How to prepare it:

Put the water for the spaghetti to boil. Add a tablespoon of salt to the water. When it boils, put the spaghetti to cook (usually it takes 8 minutes - just check on the pack to be sure to have it well cooked, not overcooked, otherwise it would waste the final result).

As soon as the spaghetti begin to boil, put the extra virgin olive oil inside a frying pan and then add the minced garlic.Let it fry for a while without colouring. Then add the shrimps and let them cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the white wine,let it evaporate (always keep the high gas) and then turn off the gas.

A simple secret to your recipe?

As soon as the pasta is ready, turn on the gas again and then strain the pasta through a colander and put then it inside the shrimp pan. Mix it well for some seconds with high gas.

Put it into the serving plate and ...buon appetito!
