This besciamella recipe is very simple to do and it is very used in Italian recipes, specially cooking a good
lasagna.
For 4 people:
• ˝ liter of milk• 3 spoons of wheat flour• 1 yolk (optional)• 1 spoon of butter
How to do it:
Put the milk inside a pan and add the butter and the flour (and the yolk if you use it). Turn on the gas (medium) and begin to mix all, taking care to solve the flour forming a smooth cream. Keep mixing until it becomes a consistent cream. Then turn off the gas and add salt and nutmeg. The besciamella is now ready to be used in any recipe you prefer. |  |
